The Synergy Firehoops workshop has state-of-the-art tools & equipment for not only crafting products, but repairing them as well.  We are able to repair many common firehoop breakages, even some from other companies.  To find out whether your product can be repaired, send us a picture of the damage along with a short description.  We will follow-up asap.  See our warranty for details about the Synergy Firehoops Warranty.

 Wick re-wrapping services:

For inquiries about re-wrapping wick on a firehoop, Quick Wick® or removable spine, please contact us.  Or, if you're certain you need a re-wrap, click here for instructions on mailing your stuff to us.  Prices for wick re-wrapping do not include s/h.

• 1" wick:      $7 per wick  ($6 for Quick Wicks® or Removable Spines)
  
• 1.5" wick:   $8 per wick  ($7 for Quick Wicks® or Removable Spines)
